Here at St Martin Metal, we design and sell steel carports and patio covers of all different shapes and sizes. Give us the dimensions and connection points, and we'll design a custom canopy just for you, with posts, frame, sheets, trim and all the required hardware & screws. Every component will be pre-cut to specific lengths, and our galvanized structural components can be pre-punched with bolt holes, to make installation a breeze. We offer many structural components such as Galvanized Square-Tubing in 2.5", 3" & 4"; Open Channels, Cees & Zees, ranging from 4", 6", 8", 10" & 12" Web sizes, from 12-16 gauge. We also offer galvalume and painted panels in 26 gauge, for roofing sheets, and 26g/50gr trim components.

As an authorized dealer of VersaTube Building systems, we design galvanized, tube-framed carports in various customizable dimensions, in one foot increments. Sheets can be oriented for front to rear, or hat channel can be used as purlins to orient the sheets top to bottom, at an additional cost. Skirt or side walls can added to the rear or sides of the structure, and can also be fully enclosed in the future to convert the structure into a shed or workshop. These frames come with a manufacturer's warranty and are pre-engineered to support wind-rating suitable for most any region. These "kit carports" can be assembled and installed by most capable home owners with a little construction experience, and come with detailed plans and instructions on how to erect the structure.
